Damaged Items:-

Please do not acceptdelivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in anymanner. Please contact us if you open the packaging and discover that the itemis damaged. In case we are unable to replace the damaged product, we willrefund your amount.

Defective Items:-

Any defective productcan be returned along with the original invoice, within 15 days, for areplacement or refund. The product should be unused. Products damaged whilebeing used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. In case we are unable toreplace the defective product, we will refund your amount.

Refunds:

We will refund themoney by the way of cheques and will be sent to the billing address of thecustomer registered in our database.

The refund process will beinitiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processedin less than 10 working days.

ShippingCharges:-

We ship to all majorcities and towns within India. Some products cannot be shipped due to legal restrictions,as they cannot be shipped to certain destinations. Please ensure that you checkout the list of shipping destinations for the product that you are purchasing.

Shipping &Handling Cost:

We strive hard to keepour shipping & Handling Cost to as much less as possible.

Shipping &Handling cost depends on the category and product you are purchasing. It willbe calculated at the time of billing.

Usually all orders areprocessed and shipped within 7 working days. However, certain categories ofproducts have different lead-times for delivery due to the nature of theproduct.

Our Cancellation Policy

We at shopnow.in make every effort to fulfill all the orders,but at times that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process andmust cancel. Some situations that may result in your order being canceledinclude limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies orerrors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our creditand fraud avoidance department.

Shopnow.in Team will communicate to you if all or any portion ofyour order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card hasbeen charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellation by the you

Please contact our Customer Care in case you wish to cancel theOrder. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order andrefund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. We will notbe able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out byus. Orders are typically shipped within 2 days.
